Adult Talent Release
This contract allows the photographer to do what they want with images they have taken of the signing party. This would be used so the person cannot try pulling consent during production.
Risk Assessment form.
This allows someone to identify and prevent any risks that may occur whilst on set. This would be used to avoid any talent injury because injury on set can lead to lawsuits.
Recce.
Before filming visit to a location to check its suitability for shooting. If you just turn up too a location without prior scouting the location be unusable and a complete waste of time.
Minor Performer Release.
This contract allows the photographer to freely use photos taken of the minor, with consent from the minor and a legal parent or guardian. This would be used so the guardian cannot try pulling consent during production on the child's behalf.
Location Release
This contract means the film crew have full use of the assigned location as long as it is returned to its original condition afterwards. This stops the land owners from saying the film crew is trespassing as long as they are only there during the agreed upon date and time.

Risk assessment.
Thinking ahead to assignment 3, I would need this too identify any dangers that may occur on set, such as wires (tripping hazard), red heads (very hot).
Minor Performer Release.
As all my performers/actors would be under 18, I would need this too make sure the parent/guardian knows I would be using their charge and they know they would be under my care and I would look after them and not misuse any material gained from using them.
Adult Performer Release.
I personally would not use adults but if I was, I would use this form to make sure the actors know when I need them, where I need them and they cannot cancel last minute.
Location Release.
I would need the college to sign this so they know I would take care of the set I am working on and that their would be no lasting damage.
Recce.
This would allow me to make sure my set and environment is definitely usable for my purpose and that no time is wasted when arriving (I would have planned everything out in advance).
